It appears that a long lost original model of the Enterprise, used before the historic 6 foot model (which is in the Smithsonian) was complete has surfaced after nearly 50 years "missing". Found in an abandoned storage unit and briefly listed on eBay yesterday before people informed the seller of it's likely illegal provenance.
